This system covers all the requirements of a school such as Billing, Evaluation, and Accounting. SMIS is designed & developed using ORACLE, world's most reliable and extensible Database and it consists of following components: Modular Components: Evaluation System: Evaluation system is the core system in School Management Information System. This system generates comprehensive report card from unit test, term test and upto the final examination. This system has a comprehensive range of standard, customized facility to entering student marks, attendance and it evaluates student marks as per the given values. ¨ Student wise marks entry and attendance entry¨ Carry over of weight of the unit test to term test and weight of term test to final test will be done automatically as per the parameter values given by the users.¨ Report card will be generated unit test wise, term wise and final report wise Report card depicts marks with percentage and student ranks and division. It also shows the attendance of the student. Billing System: The billing system offers a truly billing automation system for the dynamic school environment of today. This system has a extensive range of standard, customized and up-to-date reports from the parameterized of student billing system to receipt system with numerous user defined query options. ¨ User friendly creation of student codes and other various codes ¨ Monthly Bill preparation student wise, class wise, section wise, and total student wise ¨ Keep track of Full scholarship & Partial scholarship ¨ Receivables and received amount automatically reflected in General Ledger ¨ Keep track of outstanding payment student wise, class wise, section wise and Ex Student. ¨ Reports on Income made daily, Monthly class wise, section wise, whole school wise. ¨ Adjustment of extra charge as needed against the student. ¨ Provides separate report as per Day scholar, Day boarder, and Boarder ¨ Carry over of old balance as opening balance in new academic year of every student ¨ Student Day book ¨ And various MIS reports Accounting System: The customized accounting software that offers a truly integrated business accounting solution for the dynamic school/college environment of today.
